- u think about it all the time- it constantly reminds itself 2 you in any situation/circumstance
- u kno u shud just forget about, but that makes u think about it even more

it depends. sometimes when you address a situation that you have already accepted or tried to let go, it makes matters worse. other times it is best to address thes situation so that you can completely understand where the issue lies.
